How can I place an order?

Order via our webshop: 
You can place an order directly in our webshop. Place the desired items in your shopping cart, you can view, change or remove the articles in your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the shopping cart icon at the top left. If you do not yet have an account with us, you will be asked to create an account with the first order. 

Order by phone: 
If you cannot make your choice online, or if you have additional questions about your purchase, you can also complete this by telephone. You can call +44 203 307 5298 for this on working days

Order by mail / purchase order: 
You can mail your order or purchase order to info@netcamcenter.com Your mail will be answered within 24 hours and the order will be processed. Some items can not be shipped outside the BeNeLux, if you want to know if the ordered product is available for shipment outside the BeNelux, please contact us on int-sales@supercoreai.co.uk

How can I change / cancel an order?

Change order: 
As long as you have the products in your shopping cart, the order can be adjusted at any time. Once this order has gone through the ordering process, it will be processed in our system. If you want to make a change here, please contact us by telephone or e-mail as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed and sent by us, it cannot be changed. Always check your order carefully and if in doubt or unclear contact us. 

Cancel order: 
As long as you have not yet completed the order process, cancellation is always possible. Once you have received the order confirmation and you still want to cancel the order, please contact us immediately. Our terms and conditions apply to canceling or changing orders.

Where can I see the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order it will appear in your account. This will receive the status in process. You can follow the status in your account. You will always receive an order confirmation with the expected delivery time. Delivery times will always be an indication derived from the availability of the products you have ordered. What does EOL mean and can these products still be ordered?

End-Of-Life (EOL) articles are no longer produced or supported. There is a successor for most products, which we will, if available, always show on our site. We strive to always offer the most up-to-date range of products. As a result, it is possible that certain products are EOL, but there is still a stock at the manufacturer. If you want to use an EOL product for a specific application instead of the successor, we can always check with the manufacturer if these items can still be delivered. No additional discounts or adjusted prices are applied to EOL articles.
